OUR COMPANY

We are a young company, but with a lot of experience. We have over 10 years of experience in the field of IT and network infrastructures. Established in February 2014 and growing ever since, not looking back and pursuing the future.
Crydec Technologies is emerging as a trusted partner for customers across a number of sectors in the management of IT Installations and Investments, encompassing IT Infrastructure and Applications. We subscribe to the ITIL framework to deliver optimum and predictable service levels. Our offerings here range from Infrastructure Support and Maintenance, IT Operations and Asset Management.
We provide total onsite or off-site IT Infrastructure management, from the desktop to the cloud, including the data center. We utilize and integrate best of breed management tools from the various OEMs that we represent, to manage the customers complex multi vendor technology investments.
In order to add value and enhance the total customer experience, Crydec has been investing in a state of the art Service Desk and off-site Customer Support Center, that caters for both infrastructure and business application management. This Customer Solution Center will form the foundation for Crydec Technologies next wave of investment in cloud services that we are now building over the next few years.
