Netcare 911 is a wholly-owned pre-hospital risk management and emergency assistance subsidiary of Netcare Limited, which operates and manages the largest hospital network in South Africa and the United Kingdom, as well as the largest primary care, emergency medical services and dialysis networks in South Africa.

Since its inception in 1998, Netcare 911 provides fully integrated and efficient turnkey solutions to patients in crisis situations. The company’s core competence is contained in world-class emergency medical assistance, evacuation by road or air transportation, telephonic medical advisory services and a range of innovative products coupled with extensive management expertise, thus mitigating risk on behalf of our clients.

Our 24-hour emergency operations centre (EOC) provides medical advice and arranges medical evacuations throughout Africa and the rest of the world.

Services ranging from on-site emergency medical services, training of medical staff and evacuations for on-site personnel to temporary medical facilities, which have been rendered to various industries in Mozambique, Argentina, Egypt, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Swaziland and Lesotho.
