-We conduct searches for candidates to match clients’ requirements
-We attract candidates through referrals, advertising and social medial campaigns
-Candidates are interviewed by our recruitment specialists
-We prepare CV’s and collate supporting documentation for presentation to clients
-We undertake verification of qualifications and all statutory checks including references
-We introduce candidates to clients, taking into consideration the role requirement, culture fit, organisational structure and remuneration
-We arrange interviews between clients and candidates
-We undertake post interview follow up with clients and candidates, assessing interest of both parties
-We facilitate the offer process
-We assist the candidates with resignation and facilitate arrangements relating to the new role
