The Saint George Hotel has 30 multi-functional conference venues, which can accommodate small group delegates through to venues that comfortably seat 1500 delegates. Our conference packages include three tea and coffee breaks and a buffet lunch. All conference venues are equipped with WiFi.

The Saint George Hotel has 8 function venues and 2 chapels. We cater from 60 guests to over 1000 delegates, we coordinate and customise your function to your needs. We’ve hosted an array of functions in the past from gala evenings for the state president, corporate functions, cocktail parties, award evenings and wedding receptions.
