FASHION FUSION BLACK FRIDAY RETAIL SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This offer is valid only for in-store purchases at all FASHION FUSION Retail Stores.
2. FASHION FUSION BLACK FRIDAY RETAIL SALE will commence at 14h00 on Friday, 18th November 2016 and end at the close of business (store closing times available at www.fashionfusion.co.za) on Saturday, 19th November 2016.
3. In order to participate in the FASHION FUSION BLACK FRIDAY RETAIL SALE participants are required to register by entering their correct contact details on our FASHION FUSION Facebook page and accept these terms and conditions. The participant will then receive an SMS Voucher within 24 hours with a unique voucher reference number that consists of 8 digits which is valid only for the period mentioned above. Present your actual SMS unique 8 digit voucher as received on your mobile handset to the cashier when checking out to receive your 30% discount off your purchase on any item in store.
4.FASHION FUSION BLACK FRIDAY RETAIL SALE voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing Fashion Fusion promotional offer.
5.Promotional vouchers are issued at Fashion Fusion’s discretion. Users don't have the right to promotional vouchers and can't earn them.
6.Promotional vouchers are issued with specific terms and conditions that regulate how and when they can be used. For example, certain vouchers may be product specific in that they are only valid against a selected group of products. Exclusions may also exist with certain vouchers e.g. not valid on items in FASHION FUSION. The onus is on the shopper to check the full voucher T&Cs to ensure they understand the voucher’s applications and limitations.
7.In general, unless otherwise specified on the FASHION FUSION BLACK FRIDAY RETAIL SALE voucher is only valid from 14h00 on Friday, 18th November 2016 to close of business on Saturday, 19th November 2016.
8.Only one voucher can be used per unique code. Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The discount value of the voucher will be deducted from the total amount in your shopping docket. The remaining balance, if any, must be paid by the client.
9.Creation of multiple Facebook accounts, with different email addresses, in order to utilize a voucher on multiple occasions, is abuse of the benefit and Fashion Fusion reserves the right to not release these orders.
10. FASHION FUSION’S standard REFUND & EXCHANGES POLICY as displayed in-store applies to all merchandise purchased during FASHION FUSION BLACK FRIDAY RETAIL SALE on presentation of a valid receipt/till slip.
11. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel your participation in FASHION FUSION BLACK FRIDAY RETAIL SALE if we consider you to have acted contrary to the FASHION FUSION BLACK FRIDAY RETAIL SALE Terms and Conditions.
12. We reserve the right to discontinue FASHION FUSION BLACK FRIDAY RETAIL SALE at any stage without reason.
