Our purpose as BLC is to:
Facilitate growth & development of emerging
Black Economic Empowerment (BEE)
compliant with Small & Medium Enterprises
(SME’s) by linking them with corporates who are sponsors of the BLC;
Provide corporates, who are sponsors of the
BLC, with a database of SME’s who provide
relevant goods and services for corporates
to procure from;
Promote sustainable local economic development, through identified procurement
opportunities; uplift and empower SME’s by identifying and leveraging the available Government & Non-Government small business development programmes.
