Throughout the property of Jax Place Corporate Rentals we offer THREE TYPES OF ACCOMMODATION Spacious Apartment style units equipped with a lounge area and Self-Catering Studios designed with kitchenette in an open plan style all available on monthly modules. For daily rates we offer availability in our lavish Premier Suites offering corporate and leisure accommodation on a bed bases only in Edenvale.

Jax Place is based in the quiet avenues of Edenvale awaiting your arrival. We are conveniently situated an easy 7 minute drive to OR Tambo Johannesburg International with several major traffic interchanges including Galoolies on our door step, providing quick and easy access in almost every direction in Johannesburg. Greenstone shopping centre, Modderfontein, Isando, Linbro Business Park are just a few areas we are centrally located too.

Jax Place offers secure on-site parking with a private entrance to each unit. An on-site laundry service is available with all rentals as an additional option which is inclusive of washing and ironing. The units are turned daily from Monday to Friday with a laundry service arranged on a specific day. Our service includes daily room cleaning, DSTV, free-Wi-Fi, braai facilities, en-suite bathrooms, water and lights included, secure electronic fence surrounds the property and access through motor gates.

Clients who wish to simply relax after a hard day's work may catch their breath out on the deck where the sound of soft water flows from the Zen garden in the background to drown those worries away.

Seeking a Corporate Rental for 6 months or more we may be able to assist you with our MGS Cottage & Apartment Rentals all based in the quiet avenues of Edenvale and Bedfordview.

Our beautiful establishments accommodate tenants who have relocated, in the process of moving, simply starting out or starting over. These bachelor style pads are ideal for the businessman on the run as we include our budgeted utilities, M-Net, cleaning services weekly with laundry and ironing. Each unit has their own undercover parking bay and each property is entered into by electric gates.

MGS Cottage and Apartment Rental offer fully furnished units on a minimum of 6 months rental and unfurnished units with a minimum of a 1 year lease.

With the correct notice all tenants have first option to renew as we boast a variety of 57 units and a success rate of 85% + of our tenants renewing their leases with us.
