Body Brilliance

General information

Body Brilliance is a concept, based on working with the body and its infinite intelligence. It is masterminded and run by physiotherapist Sue Fuller-Good. Sue has a passion for encouraging people to believe they can feel great. She wishes to enable them to do what is necessary to claim extra-ordinary health and well being for themselves. Sue believes that when you glow with health, you can use your abundant life energy for living the incredible life you were born to live. Your body enables you to live your highest potential when you follow the direction it gives you. You get the direction by listening and connecting to your body, not by controlling or forcing it to do what your mind thinks it should do.

Body Brilliance is about raising people’s awareness of their bodies and intervening with focused strategies where people are not thriving. Sue assists people to listen to the messages of the body and respond appropriately to these messages. This enables people to live less “in their heads” and to be more connected to their bodies.

When you see the body the Body Brilliance way, health is a holistic concept and often intervention needs to be on a more “out of the box” level to get real results. Sue encourages you to make sure you get results and take effective action when handling your well being. The Body Brilliance concept involves guided and supported action and constant re-evaluation. A whole myriad of tools are used .These include physiotherapy, acupuncture, posture adjustment, balance training, very specific exercises, effective breathing strategies; body awareness development and self awareness enhancement.
