Our philosophy is, to create a warm, friendly, relaxed and non-racial environment for children to learn, explore and play in an informal situation. Play is our medium for learning social skills, confidence, independence, self expression and communication.

As confident, experienced and professional educators we have a positive approach to discipline and refrain from humiliating or threatening methods.

Our learning programme promotes the child as a whole. Physical, social, emotional, intellectual and language development are our primary focus. At Tambotie we acknowledge that children are individuals, each with their own developmental needs. Our teachers act as facilitators in their exploration of knowledge.
