Ms Candice Softley (Attorney) LLB (NWU)

Candice completed her term of articles under the guidance of Bennie Botha and was admitted as an attorney in February 2015. She has over the past four and a half years with Bennie Botha Attorneys gained experience in matters ranging from debt recovery, civil matters and Motion Court, Family law, Criminal matters and bail hearings, Wills and estates, divorce matters etc. In 2016 Candice became a Partner in Bennie Botha Attorneys and has since become the Managing Partner, where after the Firm’s name was changed to Softley attorneys.

Our firm deals with various matters including:
-Civil law and litigation;
-Criminal law
-Commercial law and company registrations;
- Family law;
- Labour law and labour dispute resolutions;
