CPRD Consulting Services is a psychological consultancy practice specialising in the field of psychomotor (VTS/DOVER) and psychometric assessments, research, training and consultation to mainly the transport, construction and mining industries since 1995.
Assessment tools are culture fair, non-verbal, suitable for illiterate candidates, applicable to SA and/or African conditions, comparable with SA and/or African norms and standards and have high practical value.
Assessments are conducted on-site at the client or at our offices in Centurion. Work is undertaken throughout Africa. Assessments are done on any level and for any position, ranging from general workers to top management. Assessments on operators, drivers, workers working at heights, artisans, technicians, supervisors, managers, pilots, train drivers etc. are only a few positions where job applicants of all cultures, educational or literacy levels are assessed.
