The name “Xamant” in Xamant Properties, is a combination of the names Xander and Armante, son and daughter of directors, Jacques Immelman and Abigail Daries. Xamant Properties was formed by Jacques and Abigail in 2006 in Kuilsriver in Cape Town, and re-launched in Nelspruit on 01 September 2016. Their passion for property is only eclipsed by their satisfaction of finding and selling THE home to their prospective clients.
Having identified the current market situation in Nelspruit as the greatest growth- and development potential in the region, their niche is therefore the high demand categories of residential property, targeting both Home Buyers as well as Investors.
