Serenity Clinic is a private mental health clinic that focuses on out-patient based therapy that is both cost effective and fits into a busy schedule. Our aim is to offer dedicated, tailor made therapy that enhances the lives of our clients.
Our staff are registered with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa and have strong ties to the University of Cape Town. They’re dedicated to ensuring that our clients get the therapy they need by going above and beyond and offering after hours’ sessions.
We offer a range of services offered by our team of psychiatrists, psychologists and General practitioner that include psychometric assessments, adult and adolescent psychotherapy using therapeutic models such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy and supportive therapy to name a few.
