Our initial offerings have provided our clients with these analytical insights into customer interactions (through Interaction Analytics), customer experience (through our CEX analytics) and consolidation of real time statistical information (through our ETL and Dynamic dashboarding) to provide our customers with these analytics, as a service.
Recently, Genii embarked into the world of Ai to now provide our customers with predictions of their customers’ demands, potential to churn and sales propensity. Now giving our customers accurate machine learning models which not only predict – but also actually learn to predict better and better.
This is now moving from reactive solutions to proactive communication. Something which has never been possible or more relevant.
Our team has grown since 2014 into a data science company with a robust global presence and compliance with all major global security needs. (PCI/ISO/GDDR, CPA and POPI)
We are however first and foremost a customer experience company who are about customer experience.
