General information

What we stand for: We provide a quality Montessori education in a loving and nurturing environment for children from ages 2-6 years.

In our environment we follow the Montessori philosophy and methods. Our classes are age integrated where they are able to learn from each other.

We are there to help guide children to develop to their full potential. We believe that nature forms a great part of the Montessori environment and with this we surround our school with animals and plants, teaching children to love and respect our planet and all that lives on it.

We have created a learning environment, the learning of values, honesty, respect, Independence, Self-discipline, the values of being; dependable, love, sensitivity to others, kindness, friendliness and fairness are the values of giving.

Our hours are from Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 17:30pm.
Holiday care is available throughout the year, only closing for the December/January holidays.
Holiday care will be at an extra fee of R80 per day.
We are closed on all public holidays.

Classroom:

o We have a maximum teacher/child ratio of 1:10

o One large age integrated classroom.

o One Toddler classroom

o 1 full bathroom

o Sick Bay

o Principals Office

o Excellent Security, Safety and Hygiene.

o Spacious outdoor area

Staff:

o The Directress and assistant both hold accredited qualifications.

o The Directress and assistant both have classroom experience.

o All our staff are trained in Child First Aid.
