World Artists is a professional rugby management company that was formed in 1995.
The Rugby World Cup was being staged in South Africa and there was an air of expectancy that the IRB would be forced to approve professionalism after the tournament.
At the same time, Jason Smith noticed that a rugby league competition was being launched in Australia called Super League and was considering approaching a number of high profile rugby union players.
Jason contacted Super League and set up meetings with many of the leading Springboks and extended squad members and off the back of that interest created leverage for the players in their pending negotiations with Saru.
Over a 20 year period, World Artists has built an extensive network throughout the world of rugby and has experienced working with some of the great names in the game.
