Welcome to Ikhaya Safari Lodge, an Exclusive Guest House located along the Constantia Wine Route in Cape Town, South Africa. Close to the city centre, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Golf courses, Beaches, Mountain walks, Shopping centres and restaurants!
Ikhaya is the Zulu and Xhosa word for "HOME".
Unique to Cape Town, Ikhaya Safari Lodge is your perfect getaway indulging guests with every conceivable luxury. Decorated in true African Safari Lodge style with Kudu and Wildebeest heads adorning the walls as well as Zebra skins scattered on the wooden floors.
The lounge boasts a magnificent fireplace and a wine cellar, adjacent to the main dining room in open thatch.
Accommodation consists of 8 rooms with ensuite bathrooms, each of these elegantly appointed rooms feature tea trays with complementary tea and coffee. Also available is a beautiful 1 bedroom cottage under thatch with an open plan lounge and kitchen as well as its own private terrace.
This charming stone and thatch home built on 2 acres of beautiful lushly gardens with a tennis court and a swimming pool offers the most breath-taking views of the winelands which can be enjoyed from the main terrace.
We also cater for private dinner parties upon request.
