Global knives are manufactured by Yoshikin in Japan from the finest CROMOVA 18 Stainless Steel, which is ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56°-58°, and remains razor sharp longer than any other steel used in knife manufacture and resists rust, stains and corrosion.

The knives are perfectly weighted like the Samurai swords before them to ensure perfect balance in the hand. The perfect balance is achieved by filling the handle, which is hollow, with just the right amount of a very fine special sand, which meaning the counterbalance weight will re-position itself as the knife moves.

The safe-smooth contours and seamless construction eliminates food and dirt traps and are hygienic.
