Our accredited advisors are trained to perform a “Financial Needs Analysis” on you current and future degree of financial security to help you understand what you have to do now in order to be able to achieve your goals.

We use our computerized Financial Planning Package called “Blueprint” to take the following into consideration:

1.Financial objectives
2.Assets and liabilities (property, policies, investments, corporate benefits etc.)
3.Earnings and budgeting
4.Affordability
Estate Duty, Capital Gains Tax, Executor’s and Master’s Fees, Taxation on Lump Sums and Income Tax are all considered in our recommendations.

We conduct a “Business Needs Analysis” around Partnership assurance (buy-and-sell agreements), Key-person Assurance, Preferred Compensation, Contingent Liabilities and Current and Future Liabilities.

We conduct a “Corporate Needs Analysis” to give advice on new or existing Pension or Provident Funds.
