Our philosophy:
Seeing AND hearing is believing. This is the mantra that we at Audiovision live by every day. There is a plethora of companies out there that all seemingly offer the same product at very similar prices. Each of them tries to sell their goods by quoting the same, tired, old "latest" or "brand new technology" lines. This is often followed up by a list of specifications that will humble NASA. It has always astounded me that people make decisions based on specifications of which they clearly have no understanding. I like to say: "Specifications are like a bikini; what they reveal is suggestive and what they conceal - vital!"
We base all of our transactions on our three basic principles: Consultation, Audition and Installation all at market best pricing.
We strive to not only demystify the world of electronics, but also return to the core of our business, by making our stunning equipment serve our customers' requirements by consulting on what is required, rather than what marketing would have everyone believe.
Frequently other companies overlook the most basic of all aspects of a new purchase – the performance. We don’t. And we would love to have our customers experience that first hand. I can't recall how many times I've spoken to disgruntled people that bought an item from a discounter because it appeared cheap, which turned out to be nothing like what the marketing would have had them believe. We have every bell and every whistle, but how to appoint them is what sets us apart.
We encourage all prospective buyers to come and experience our wonderful products to help them to make an informed decision and help them obtain the best value as well as the best performance in any price category. To this end we demonstrate each item before purchase to ensure that every prospective customer is satisfied by what we suggested.
Lastly, we offer one of the most essential services. Installation. This is a key factor in obtaining all the performance that one pays for. We have many, qualified teams to famously “make your wires disappear!” Installing and setting up a new product is as important as buying the new product in the first place. After we leave, your purchase is set to deliver every ounce of performance that you paid for in the first place.
Our products:
We stringently adhere to South African regulations as laws by only selling legal and original imported goods from the authorized South African agents. Further to that we only deal with the most established and well respected brands in the business and have long standing relationships with all of your suppliers.
Our stores:
We operate stores in the four A-Grade shopping centres in Cape Town. Our stores are conveniently situated all around the metropole in Tygervalley, Canal Walk, V&A Waterfront and Cavendish Square.
