T. Giyapersad Incorporated is a South African Law Firm which operates on a national scale. Our doors opened in 2007, led by Tashya Giyapersad herself, a Natal University Graduate who made the decision to embark on an entrepreneurial journey that would better her client's lives.

The practice prides itself on being both innovative and practical. We keep the client in our best interests at all times and aim to provide holistic advice which provokes thought and aids in the decision-making process of our clients.

All that we do is integrity driven, our operations are performed professionally and we execute meticulously. Thanks to the nature of the firm, we are able to provide our clients with legal aid across a broad spectrum. This includes but is not limited to Legal Services in the Administration of Deceased Estates, Civil, Commercial and Criminal Litigation, Law of Persons, Family Law, Criminal Law, Labour Law and Medical Malpractice. Our latest addition to the practice is the Business Rescue Division.
