Once we enter into an agreement with our Clients, we will provide a specialized & trained Consultant who will evaluate our Clients’ Operating procedures as well as all SHEQ related matters. The evaluation – In-depth Risk Assessment – will look at effectiveness & prevention against losses. The evaluation will then be provided as a written report to our Clients Recommendations & possible procedures will be supplied to ensure effective Stock Control.

Highly skilled Management, Receiving, Dispatch & Returns Checkers are recruited & trained according to client / site specifications. It is important to recruit the correct caliber of candidate as to better provide control & Implementation of systems to minimize theft in both the Retail & Warehousing Industries.

Periodic Polygraph testing & possible roster rotation constitutes part of our Service Level Agreement with our clients to effectively manage the integrity of all our staff. This assists in preventing staff collusion & the forming of syndicates.
