Strathmore International Property Investments (PTY) Ltd, founded by Ivor Smith, trades as Strathmore Commercial Industrial Property which is based in Kloof, Durban. Through Ivor’s 26 years’ experience in the Commercial and Industrial Property market, he has developed Strathmore’s own unique approach to servicing the Greater Durban office, industrial and retail leasing and selling market.

The Strathmore approach is to use information technology to effectively identify and comprehensively manage relevant information on every office, retail premises, and industrial warehouse or factory space, as well as the occupiers thereof. Strathmore has taken a subtle approach of slowly but surely mining the commercial and industrial market for information that will assist both Landlords / Owners and potential Tenants / Buyers in making informed and strategic decisions related to all types of premises in the Greater Durban area.

Strathmore currently operates within the Greater Durban Area with Area Specialists who are solely responsible and focused on their specific areas. In this way, our Brokers (Area Specialists) become fully aware of which premises are or should soon become available within their areas. They are also ofay with what the average rental per m² should be, what new developments are happening within their areas and how to match their clients property requirements to the correct premises.
