General information
The Ballito Dolphins Rugby Club was founded in 2003 when a group of friends were sitting in their local pub one night and decided that the town needed a rugby club. They formed the Ballito Dolphins Rugby Club and put together a team that quickly progressed through the lower divisions. They now compete in the KZNRU 1st Division and the annual Murray Cup knock out tournament.
The Club, although having started with just one side, quickly grew and now includes a junior section as well as the already established senior sides u19's, 2nd's and a 1st XV.
The club prides itself on being a strong community driven side and game days are well attended. With many local sponsors behind them and being in the fortunate position of having many well known ex-natal and ex-springbok players lending their expertise to the growing club the Dolphins are set to go from strength to strength well into the future.
