General information

Fountains is ideal for leisure, business and sport enthusiasts, both for short and long stays. It is situated in the northern suburb of Montrose, is easily accessed and only 5 min away from the N3, City centre, Royal Show Grounds, Victoria Country Club, and Shopping Malls.

It features 3 private self-catering garden cottages and 1 garden suite. Undercover parking is provided and lock-up facility for sports gear. The cottages are all tastefully and newly furnished, also decorated with original artwork. From the big comfy chairs on the private patios, guests can see the bird life in the indigenous shrubs around the cottages, or simply take in the view of the hills in the distance and enjoy the stunning sunsets.
In 3 Self-Catering Cottages: Kitchens are fully equipped with fridge, microwave, mini stove, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, hairdryer, iron, DSTV, hospitality tray with teas, coffees, rusks and homemade goodies, superior linen, ample built-in cupboards, alarm , Aircon in all rooms.

Self Catering Cottages:
1. Country Cottage: sleeps 3
You’re invited to relax and feel at home in this spacious cottage with country atmosphere. Lounge, dining room and kitchen are fully equipped for all your needs. The ensuite bedroom has 2 single beds (or request a king size as shown) with a 3rd bed in the living area. A patio with indigenous garden adds to your comfort and privacy.

2. CadberryCottage: sleeps 3
The modern contemporary style draws you to enjoy the luxury and charming atmosphere. The lounge, dining room and granite and stainless steel kitchen are fully equipped with all home comforts. The bedroom ensuite has an inviting queen size bed with a 3rd bed in the living area. The patio with big comfy chairs calls you to relax.

3. Cosy Cottage: sleeps 2
The dinette/kitchen has a modern counter and swivel stools to add to the cosy, compact modern style.The ensuite bedroom has 2 single beds

Garden Suite: sleeps 2
This charming, comfortable unit has a double bed with shower ensuite. It has a fridge, microwave, kettle, iron, cutlery, crockery, heater, fan, air con, hairdryer, and hospitality tray for your overnight stays.

Continental Breakfast can be served in the cottage – or English Breakfast is served in the Dining Room
