For those more adventurous guests who would like to experience the bush on foot – Walking Safaris are offered from Plains Camp (home of Rhino Walking Safaris) which is not only distinctive in its design – with only four East African Safari-style tents, but also in the way things are done. The manner of trail is similar to those of SANParks in that it is a proper trail with walks of up to four hours allowing one to submerse ones senses in a hands on experience. It’s not just a mid-morning stroll after breakfast.
And if the best of both world’s is not enough – there is the added attraction of an optional night spent out under the stars at the Sleepout Decks under the care of a qualified guide! We are delighted to be able to share this matchless blend of Kruger in style with our many return guests and supporters of ethical and responsible environmental tourism.
