Situated in South Africa’s picturesque Garden Route, Ruiterbosch Lodge nestles in the Ruiterbosch Valley at the foot of the Robinsons Pass, approximately 15 to 20 minutes (25kms) drive from Hartenbos and Mossel Bay, on the R328 between Mossel Bay and Oudtshoorn.

With the knowledge that their children are safely engaged and occupied, parents can enjoy a relaxing meal and drink or peacefully browse around our gardens and procure special items from our fine arts gallery and/or arts and crafts shop.

Our wooden chapel and unique country style facility create an idyllic venue for weddings, functions and conferences, catering for up to 100 quests. Our trained team at Ruiterbosch Lodge will ensure the perfect wedding or function amongst the beautiful surrounding mountains and country side in an area known for the best all year climate in South Africa.
