General information
Dynamic Karate Incorporated is a Shotokan style Classical Karate dojo based in Port Elizabeth.
Our emphasis is on training and the preservation of traditional budo Shotokan techniques and original values.
Rei (courtesy) is the core of our karate.
The dojo provides a safe environment for members and serves as a platform for mutual growth for all.
What makes us different?
DKI focuses itself only on training budo Shotokan karate.
Our students are taught classical karate ethics and are well versed in the dojokun (5 maxims) and nijukun (20 principles).
While much of our karate is jutsu (physically applied), our ultimate aim is for the DO (way) in karatedo.
To mold karateka so they can contribute positively to society.
This is REAL KARATE.
Authenticity is Fundamental.
