A fitness evaluation is offered on joining The Gym along with a gym program that is designed specifically for each member according to the individual need. A floor instructor will take you through the program step by step to ensure correct use of the gym equipment and also to maximise training efficiency.
Floor instructors are also available on the gym floor to assist when ever members are in need.
The pool area allows for swim training and also offers aqua aerobics and is separated from the gym floor area to allow privacy.
The spinning studio is equipped with quality spin bikes and has also incorporated the latest design look.
A separate aerobic studio with wooden sprung floors allows dual classes to be performed with out sound interference.
The change rooms are well laid and hygienic.
The Gym is not only a well equipped fitness centre of the highest quality with experienced and friendly instructors but has also paid attention to the smaller details. The design is fresh and and has a great inspiring feel to it. This top quality facility is located at the Royal Hotel Centre, which is on the cnr of Main and Queen Street. There is ample parking and security and the Hotel has 24 hour reception.
