Welcome to Olivia Du Plessis' LivFit Facebook page. Olivia Du Plessis is the founder and driving force behind the local fitness brand LivFit.

Olivia believes that just as every person is unique, training should also be unique. When new clients begin training with her, all relevant information is taken in order to develop a personalised plan.
Each session is prepared according to body type, training personality and specific goals that the client may have – either for the session or for training in general.
Group training is more challenging due to the wider variety of clients, but by motivating each person within the group, and providing plenty of diversity, Olivia drives groups to push their limits in each and every session.
Through this personalised, varied training system that incorporates anything and everything from aerobics to strength training, Pilates, obstacle running, bootcamps and her own signature body training system; endurance and fitness levels are vastly improved for lasting results.
