The main aim of the Knysna N2RS website is to provide information about all the various activities that can be found or that take place in the Knysna area, e.g. annual festivals, shows and major events, annual sporting events and major championships, other activities and attractions, markets, and clubs. By providing this information we hope to encourage visitors to stay in Knysna, instead of unpacking/packing as stop offs are made at various places along the Garden Route, as there are so many diverse activities mostly within one hour's drive. We also hope to show that Knysna is more than just a retirement / holiday destination with a view.

The website will also enhance the visitors experience by providing other information, such as a brief history, travel details, some common words or phrases, dates of South African Public Holidays, and a list of other useful contact details. Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure the information provided on this site is up to date, no liability is accepted for any inaccuracies. Always contact the organisers for the most current information, e.g. timings or locations may be subject to change or be weather dependant.
