I offer a range of Holistic Healing Therapies. Neuro Linguistic Programming (Coaching), Cranio Sacral Therapy (SER II), Reiki (Level 3 Advanced), Art Therapy and Therapeutic Massage.

NLP Coaching is a proven method in achieving personal goals. Not only connecting you to the outcomes you desire but also maximizing your assets, working on your challenges and smashing through easy and obtainable tasks, setting you on a trajectory for success and well being. As a coach I have access to other tools such as Cst, Reiki and Art Therapy that may form part of your coaching journey. This will help you release from any "stuck" states that may be holding you back and obtain valuable information from your unconscious mind.

Cranio Sacral Therapy (CST) is a powerful healing modality that connects with your body's innate ability to heal itself. This wonderful therapy has been known to heal not only from physical pain,restrictions, trauma and illness but it also assists in a marked reduction of the effects of stress and anxiety in the body and mind.

Art Therapy is a creative tool that uses the art making process as a self reflective tool. This non invasive play allows your mind to freely explore a multitude of important points of interest that arise within your healing process.
