Chartwell Country Estates are in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg, situated between Fourways and Dainfern off Cedar Road. Boundaries of CCE are Cedar Road to the North and East, 1st Road to the South, and the Little Juksei River to the West. The main access point into CCE is from Cedar Road via 3rd Road. Alternatively, residents also frequently use the access via Valley Road from the Broadacres Shopping Centre.
The Chartwell Country Estates Association is a registered Section 21 Company in terms of the Company Act 1973, - Registration Number 1996/17099/08. Membership for eligible landowners , i.e., landowners within the designated boundaries of CCE, is on a voluntary basis.
The main purpose of the Association is to advance, promote and protect the communal interests of landowners in the association area, and to encourage acceptable aesthetic, architectural and environmental standards.
