LAVSA is a South African NPO that focuses on Youth Development and based in Cape Town. We facilitate skills training with the aim of getting our successful learners employed. We start by engaging employers and identifying a need for employees. We then identify deserving youth and skill them up accordingly by commissioning a training supplier. The last step is to see that successful learners are given a minimum opportunity to build some credibility in given industry by facilitating internships for 3 months post graduating.
