Villa Augusta

General information

Villa Augusta is situated on a hill overlooking the beautiful village of Riebeek Kasteel with views of the Kasteelberg Mountain. Riebeek Kasteel is one of the 3 villages in the Riebeek Valley which is known for its great wine and superb olives. The established garden has a selection of citrus and olive trees and offers many private spaces to enjoy the tranquillity.

The homestead has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 en suite) but can comfortably accommodate a group of 10 people as there is a loft that has 2 queen size beds. The lower level is an open plan kitchen, dining area which flows to the patio, braai area and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher and is shared by all guests. There is a communal DSTV in the downstairs lounge and for those wanting to escape city life, the upstairs lounge and balcony create the perfect spot to read a book or sit and listen to your music.

If you absolutely have to check your mail or do work, there is free Wi-Fi for your convenience, but hopefully you’ll take time to relax by the pool and just enjoy the company of friends and/or family.

Villa Augusta is within easy walking distance from the village centre which offers a variety of fine restaurants, wine outlets, coffee shops and diverse shopping. The proximity is ideal for its self catering nature, which allows guests the opportunity to enjoy the village atmosphere and sample all it has to offer.
