Sugar Farm Cottage is a cozy cottage on a sugarcane farm in the Table Mountain area, KwaZulu Natal, 20 minutes from the center of Pietermaritzburg. The colonial style cottage is nestled in a beautiful, English garden. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with a large flatscrean TV. It sleeps a maximum of six people. It has a lovely entertainment area with views over the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, stove, microwave etc. It is serviced daily, and it has its own braai facilities. The cottage has private access and secure parking, including a single garage and carport.
The farm is also a wonderful place for fishermen, hikers, bikers, trail runners and is ideal for mountain biking, ambling and bird watching. Guests can also enjoy visits to Cumberland conservancy and see giraffe, wildebeest, zebra etc. Cumberland also has picnic facilities and a waterfall. Other places of interest are available along the Albertfalls Amble.
