by examining the topic of resilience in the face of adversity,
while inspiring my clients to stand headstrong in their grief
and fight for their own evolution.

My work has resulted from a deep examination of
the psychology and research in the field of
post-traumatic growth, as well as an inter-disciplinary study of neuroscience, philosophy and animal communications
assisted psychotherapy and body work.

I haven't just studied trauma and adversity,
I've lived it.

I cultivate programs to bring each of my
clients
= humans and animals along an actionable journey
designed specifically for them.

People often call me a multi sensory medicine woman
and forensic medical intuitive,
life design strategist,
animal communicator
horse whisperer
human trainer
- body mind activator.

I gave up label collecting including diagnosis
and prognosis
and all that downward spiraling
high achieving
over thinking
to just stay present
and share how returning to TRUST
creating your own safety
brings you back to your True Nature
naturally.

More importantly, underneath the labels,
I’m just a human being,
like you,
who has suffered like all of us do
in this messy experiment of
living a brutiful life

- from health crisises,
life losses, deep grief, depression and anxiety.

I mostly see my struggles as a gift these days
– an opportunity to authentically show up
let the plates fall
and understand more about what this life is
and to share what I have learned to help others to live
fulfilled, healthy, purpose driven lives.

My philosophy for health is simple

– “teach a man to fish, feed him forever”.

Together we can work toward a common goal…
to go deep down and let love and trust lead

- where we grow a sustainable future for all life here
on Earth.

Growing up in the African bush veld, she has been using her magic to communicate with nature and animals ever since she can remember.
