Providing a personalised recruitment service for all industries in Pietermaritzburg and surrounding areas.

PERMANENT PLACEMENTS

Finding suitable candidates for permanent employment with a client by:

• Personal meeting / telephonic discussion with client regarding staff structure and requirements.
• Advertising of vacancies.
• Advert response handling.

Candidates are also sourced from my growing database, using the criteria given by the client.
Candidates are personally interviewed, prescreened and the most suitable are placed on a short list, which is then presented to the client together with details of the reference checks.
All candidates are reference checked, and on request a credit / criminal check and qualification verification can also be completed.

TEMPORARY PLACEMENTS

Placement of a candidate for a specific period of time, usually short term, can also be arranged.

PLACEMENT GUARANTEE

All clients are protected by a three month guarantee period for each permanent placement. This is subject to my Terms and Conditions of Placement which are available on request.

FEE STRUCTURE

Permanent placements – 8% of annual salary package. (Cost to Company).

Where staff for temporary assignments are supplied, my fee will be 18% of the monthly salary, and should the client then appoint the candidate on a permanent basis, the standard permanent fee structure will then apply.
