80 on Benade is situated in the Southern Suburb Fichardtpark in Bloemfontein, the ‘City of Roses’ in the Free State province of South Arica. It is in close relation to the large Southern Centre shopping mall, Rosepark Life Hospital, Pasteur Rehabilitation Centre and the Windmill Casino. The suburb of Fichardtpark is one of the safest in Bloemfontein and has a Neighbourhood Association which has two security patrol cars which keep our neighbourhood safe at all times of the day and night.
80 on Benade offers a 2 bedroom en-suite open plan house as a unit and a separate three-quarter en-suite self catering unit. Our open plan house unit has a fully equipped large kitchen with a spacious lounge small dining area and veranda living area, private quart yard with hammocks and garden furniture, a veranda with table and chairs, a faire pit and a secluded braai area. Guests are welcome to make use of the large pool and outside entertainment area with braai and large table ideal for functions.
We have a full alarm system and an undercover secure parking area and you will receive a remote to the electric gate on arrival. We support recycling and have three bins which are situated at the parking area for your convenience. Please note that all rooms are non-smoking.
