I believe that we all owe it to ourselves to live our lives to the fullest each and every day.
This is easier said than done for most of us.
Life is challenging. Things do not always go as planned. Bad things may happen to us.
But there is always hope…
Job 14:7-9: "For there is hope for a tree, If it is cut down, that it will sprout again, that the tender branch of it will not cease.’

This verse to me is a metaphor for life.
While we are still alive, there is always new hope.
We may have scars from life’s difficulties, or unresolved trauma, but even with these scars we can sprout again and grow and become more beautiful.
Healing is a process and my role as Counsellor is to assist you on this path of healing and growing.
I provide a safe and confidential environment where you can talk about your thoughts and emotions.
You have the opportunity to learn coping skills to assist you in overcoming difficulties and gaining a sense of control over your life.
