Envirosure shareholders bought into Transit Underwriting Managers in May 2016, thereafter Sjanine Tanner took over as managing director in January 2017. A new policy wording was implemented and value added benefits introduced.
We pride ourselves on exceptional turnaround on quotes, issuing of policy schedules, professional friendly service and claim administration. We believe in establishing long term relationships with our clients to ensure that all their needs are met. Transit provides added service by customising our policy to cover a range of risks.
Our territorial limits are the Republic of South Africa and the neighbouring
territories, however our cover can be extended for incident occurring
anywhere south of the equator, within Africa.
