Sticky Fingers Food is a fully accredited production kitchen based in Shoreditch, London. The company was founded by Adam Gilbert, who has over 20 years experience in the catering industry. Together with our consultant chefs, Sticky Fingers is able to produce bespoke food (anything from a specialist curry, a marinade or sauce, or a pudding for the sweeter tooth) to tailor-made recipes and individual requirements.
It is imperative that we only produce quality products and therefore we must use the finest ingredients. We only use suppliers who genuinely care about their produce; the local markets give us inspiration to introduce new ideas and variations, depending on the season.
